Fitness Hero offers the Morgan Wall and Hand Target Pads. These pads are designed to be used like a rag-filled round shield that can also be hung against a flat surface to double up as a square punching target.
With 4 independent areas to hold the bag offers a wide degree of versatility. The target pads can be held close to the body, placed over your legs or used as a weighted bag to maximise training.
Made only with premium Australian made inner rag fill that is filled in our warehouse also allows you to specify the desired weight for the product.
